Working hours

With #weworksmart, we live mobile working with individual (annual) working hours and/or part-time work. Convenience. Any Room. Any Time. is lived with us. You can work from different locations and branches. Up to 50% home office is possible.

You can look forward to at least 25 holiday days and also have the opportunity to take unpaid leave (sabbatical). For youth leave for extracurricular youth work, we will credit you with one week's holiday.
