The apprentices are based at various locations throughout Switzerland. Once a year, they all come together for Apprentice Day – a great opportunity to get to know each other personally, exchange experiences, and strengthen team spirit.

With the award of the mandate for the Serfontana shopping centre in Morbio (TI), Wincasa is further expanding its commitment in Ticino. As of now, the Centre & Mixed Use Site Management (CMSM) division is managing Centro Serfontana under a full-service mandate. This brings the CMSM team for Southern Switzerland to ten specialists, operating out of Grancia and Morbio.
