With the award of the mandate for the Serfontana shopping centre in Morbio (TI), Wincasa is further expanding its commitment in Ticino. As of now, the Centre & Mixed Use Site Management (CMSM) division is managing Centro Serfontana under a full-service mandate. This brings the CMSM team for Southern Switzerland to ten specialists, operating out of Grancia and Morbio.

Right next to the well-known Shoppi Tivoli, a new urban space is emerging: Tivoli Garten. Since mid-July, more than 400 rental flats have been gradually filled with life. The phased handover is coordinated by Wincasa – led by the Baden office and supported by colleagues across the region. It quickly became clear: this volume could only be handled together.
