The development was built in two stages. 44 rental apartments were occupied in February 2014. The first letting of the second stage with 83 rental apartments took place on August 1 and October 1, 2015.
With a marketing period of around 10 months, the project was successfully let on the respective occupancy dates and has been managed by Wincasa since the first occupancy.
