Successful deals - our Transaction Advisory has been launched
We are delighted that our new Transaction Advisory service has already successfully completed its first transactions. We would particularly like to highlight the marketing and sale of the timber construction project with 40 apartments on Dohlenweg in the city of Zurich, which we were able to carry out for our parent company Implenia. With Vaudoise Insurance, we were able to gain a competent partner, developer and portfolio holder as a buyer.

In recent months, Wincasa has taken on significant mandates across all regions of Switzerland, including the center management of Centro Serfontana in Ticino and the property management of the growing real estate portfolio of Albin Kistler. In addition, key management mandates representing around CHF 15 billion in assets under management have been renewed.
