Wincasa Training Center
The Wincasa Training Center is the company’s central training platform and provides targeted support to employees in their professional and personal development. Particular emphasis is placed on onboarding new employees, for example through the“Welcome Day,” which makes the transition easier and fosters networking with colleagues. In addition, the Training Center offers structured training and continuing education programs, particularly for property management, to ensure a consistent level of knowledge and a high quality of service. A total of approximately 200 courses are offered.
