At Wincasa, we are convinced that long-term business success can only be achieved through sustainable action. Sustainability is often only viewed through an ecological lens. But it is not enough for us to focus solely on the aspect of environmental protection.

At Wincasa, we have launched the Sustainability Charter, which is published annually. We present a roadmap with goals, measures and key figures according to which we align our actions and by which we measure them.
We not only aim to avoid all negative impacts in the economic, environmental and social segments, but also to have a positive impact on all three areas.
We ensure that our employees, customers and business partners share the same understanding of sustainability and act accordingly.
