Riverside: On to new shores!
On the former Sulzer industrial site in Zuchwil, a new district is emerging that combines working, living and playing. In the Center and Mixed-Use Site Management (CMSM), we are supporting the urban development of the area and helping to further revitalize and open up the Riverside.
LOKwerk – Center Management
The LOKwerk is growing: 60 sustainably built wooden rental apartments are currently being constructed on the roof of the shopping center. At the same time, the center will remain open for business throughout the entire construction period – a challenge.
