Sustainability anchored within the Group
At Wincasa, we are convinced that long-term business success can only be achieved through sustainable action. Sustainability is often viewed only through ecological glasses. But it is not enough for us to focus only on the environmental aspect.
Both at Implenia at Group level and at Wincasa as a unit of the Buildings Division, we consider the following aspects simultaneously and equally when it comes to corporate sustainability:

Our vision is to be the leading real estate service provider in Switzerland. In order to live up to the pioneering role and defined corporate values enshrined therein, it is our declared aim to lead sustainability in the real estate sector and take it to the next level.
At Wincasa, we have launched the Sustainability Charter, which is published annually. In doing so, we present a roadmap with targets, measures and key performance indicators against which we align our actions and measure them.
Our goal is not only to avoid all negative impacts in the economic, environmental and social segments, but even to have a positive impact on all three areas.
We are concerned that our employees, customers and also business partners share the same understanding of sustainability and act accordingly.
