Marketing of office space

Following the departure of a single tenant, a property with approx. 1,000 m² of space became available for rent in Zurich city centre. Wincasa's Letting Advisory Team acted as consultant and marketing agent for the letting of office space.

Following extensive refurbishment, the property was fully let floor by floor within a very short space of time. Six national and international companies are now active as new tenants in the property.
