Refresh City Bernina
In collaboration with the owner, AXA Leben AG, Wincasa was able to give the commercial and residential property ‘City Bernina’ on Schaffhauserstrasse in Zurich-Oerlikon a slight refresh.
Based on a property analysis by the Center Management Services department, various measures were derived for implementation. In addition to a concept for an optimal tenant mix based on various analysis data, a refresh of the brand image was also defined. The new positioning was developed in several workshops between the owner and Wincasa. The property was then given a new lease of life based on a signage concept. During this phase, Wincasa's property management, construction management and center management services departments worked together in an overarching project team to ensure successful implementation. Thanks to internal, overarching cooperation and a central point of contact, we were able to provide our client AXA Leben AG with simple and effective project controlling.
