Meeting tenants' needs
The Ecoplace project is an impressive pilot project with 35 flats in the area of sustainable and smart living. In our marketing strategies for the initial letting, we focused on precisely these unique selling points (USPs) and met the needs of the target tenant group: individual viewings, energy concept (keyword: ‘2000-watt society’), information provided via iPad.
Selective choice of tenants for sustainable tenancies
Thanks to a specially designed applicant evaluation tool based on a utility value analysis, prospective tenants could be analyzed and evaluated according to certain criteria of the owner. The resulting selective choice of tenants led to sustainable tenant relationships - added value for tenants and landlords/owners.
