Following successful consultation on full letting
Following a change of ownership in 2012 of the Clarahuus property in Basel, Wincasa was commissioned with a consulting and marketing mandate for 3,500 m² of office space.
The vacant office space was marketed in 2016. The vacant space was let to two well-known, internationally active companies. The building is fully let, including the retail space on the lower floors.
