In the project managed by Wincasa Research & Strategy, the specialists created a comprehensive benchmarking for the client: comparison of property indicators vs. real estate market indicators and Wincasa portfolio indicators.
Wincasa provided the following services as part of the project:

- Implementation: Importing the locations and benchmarks into the Wincasa GIS analysis system

- Examination, plausibility check and completion of the data basis
- Filtering, matching and cleaning
- Location-relevant information: Location rating, DIY market and inventory market information, etc.
- Development of prototype; further development of “Cockpit” in dialog with Swisscom
- Benchmarking: Comparison of key property values at the top locations by office space vs. key real estate market figures and key Wincasa portfolio figures
