Successful marketing of retail, commercial and residential properties
Wincasa's Letting Advisory team was commissioned by the owners as consultants and marketing agents to let a residential and commercial building in Zurich Oerlikon. After completion of the replacement building, 17 flats and 1,288 m² of retail and office space were available.
All of the apartments were let by the move-in date in March 2016 - according to plan and thanks to numerous shell inspections. In addition to the anchor tenant Tibits, which was brokered by the owners, a hairdressing salon, an ophthalmologist and a yoga studio were also secured as commercial tenants.
