Bel-Air Lausanne – Marketing of retail and office space
Following a complete renovation, 8,355 m² of retail and office space became available in Lausanne, in one of Switzerland's first high-rise buildings. Wincasa's Letting Advisory was commissioned by the owners as a consultant and marketing agent to let the space.
Within a very short space of time, various retail spaces were let to well-known companies such as Flying Tiger Copenhagen, Camaieu, Aeschbach Chassures & Sports and Fleur de Pains.
In 2016, more than 70% of the office space was let to national and international companies.
