Office location in Bern’s Lorraine district to be redeveloped – Wincasa responsible for commercialization and property management
At Dammweg 9 in Bern, the current media building will no longer be operated in its existing form. As part of a comprehensive refurbishment, the property will be strategically repositioned.
Wincasa is responsible for the commercialization of the property as well as the market-facing approach to suitable companies. Property management of the site will already be ensured before, during and after the construction phase.
Around 5,000 m² of flexible commercial space is available – designed as an integrated corporate location with its own identity and a strong presence within the neighbourhood. “A location like this works best when it is shaped by a clear strategic vision. The combination of a central location, rooftop terrace and contiguous floor space enables a company to establish a distinctive presence here with a long-term perspective,” says Alexa Müller, Head of Advisory & Marketing at Wincasa.
The property is located just a few minutes from Bern railway station and benefits from excellent connections to the regional transport network. The urban Lorraine district, parking spaces on the second basement level and the spacious rooftop terrace overlooking the rooftops of Bern further enhance the attractiveness of the site as a clearly positioned corporate location.
