Wincasa is the leading integrated property service provider in Switzerland and offers its clients a broad portfolio of services that cover the entire life cycle of a property: from planning, construction and management to revitalisation and repositioning. 

Founded in 1999, Wincasa is a limited company with offices all over Switzerland, and has been a group company of Implenia since May 2023.  With 1,048 employees, Wincasa manages CHF 83 billion in assets under management, comprising 254,000 properties, including 78,700 residential units, a total of 7.7 million square metres of office and commercial space, 82 shopping centres, and 31 sites and major developments. (As of 01.01.2025)
