How to apply

Transparency in the application process is important to us, because we want to treat you as an equal and make the application process as pleasant as possible for you. There are two ways in which you can apply to us.

Option 1:
You have seen a suitable vacancy with us and apply via our application platform with your complete dossier.

Option 2:
You can simply register for your future “dream job” and upload your dossier. As soon as a suitable position becomes available, you will be notified.

After registering on our application platform, you can upload your application.

The first interview

Your application has convinced us! Now you are already a step closer to your dream job.
In the first interview, we get to know each other and have the opportunity to exchange ideas.

Second interview

You have convinced us. In the second interview, we would like to get to know you even better and you can find out more about the position and your specific tasks. Any uncertainties should also be clarified here.

Optional tests

Depending on the position and starting point, we either conduct assessments or taster days.

References and criminal record

Checking criminal records and references are part of our standard process.

Contract/First day at work

Congratulations! You are now part of #teamwincasa. You will receive the employment contract after a written offer has been made.

Tips from the pros

Our Talent Acquisition Managers place particular emphasis on your application documents being complete and informative. A complete application should include a CV with a photo, diplomas and references. In addition, the documents should be uploaded in a common format (e.g. PDF or Word) and with a maximum file size of 5MB. If you also take the time to familiarize yourself with Wincasa as an employer, learn about the business areas in which we operate and get to know our culture and values, you will be able to stand out from the crowd.
