Office location in Bern’s Lorraine district to be redeveloped – Wincasa responsible for commercialization and property management

At Dammweg 9 in Bern, the current media building will no longer be operated in its existing form. As part of a comprehensive refurbishment, the property will be strategically repositioned.

Wincasa is responsible for the commercialization of the property as well as the market-facing approach to suitable companies. Property management of the site will already be ensured before, during and after the construction phase.
