Wincasa is responding to the growing demand for mixed-use site management - the project portfolio has grown continuously since the beginning: the department was created three years ago and already has three locations today. Basel is the newest member of the mixed-use site management family.

The Stücki Park as a prelude

Mixed-use site management in Basel began with the management of the Stücki Park site. The foundation stone for a separate site in Basel was laid with the acquisition of a mandate for a site in Klybeck and another site in the Basel region.Under the leadership of Christian Mutschler, Head of Mixed-Use Site Management Basel at Wincasa, the growth opportunities and the existing potential are to be optimally exploited, as he assures: "Due to the high attractiveness of the Basel region as a location and the correspondingly high demand for interesting commercial space, the development of new offers is of particular importance. Potential not yet exhausted

Mixed-use site management means looking after each site individually in line with the target group and in the interests of the owners and offering the best possible solutions. The relatively new mixed-use site management service is therefore a product that reflects the spirit of the times - and the potential is far from exhausted, as Thomas Hinderling, Head of Mixed-Use Site Management at Wincasa, says: " We currently have 16 sites with a total area of 1,100,000 m2 in our portfolio, which are managed by 35 employees. We also see great development potential in the Swiss market in the future and assume that further sites will be added in the medium term. "
