Green City Zurich Manegg – Wincasa takes over leasing, positioning and Real Estate Community Management

Around 7,000 m² of attractive space for healthcare, office and commercial use is currently still available across three buildings. Wincasa is responsible for the marketing of these spaces as well as the strategic positioning of the business cluster within the site, creating a clear, future-oriented profile.

In collaboration with Streamnow, a dedicated website has been developed to provide Greencity with a central digital presence. The platform combines the marketing of available space with information on the companies based on site, the services offered and the location's key strengths.

An active Real Estate Community Management programme brings the new district to life through curated events and initiatives that encourage interaction, create synergies and further strengthen the neighbourhood's identity. A first summer event for tenants attracted a strong turnout, and additional activities are already in preparation to further develop and strengthen the Greencity community over the long term.

The aim is to complement the existing mix of uses with care while further strengthening the identity of the district. "A neighbourhood like Greencity thrives on its diversity – through active uses, a visible identity and a community that shapes the place.
