How your apprenticeship works

Management Assistant EFZ - Real Estate

First year of training

  • Introduction and support from your vocational trainer
  • Getting to know the property portfolio, checking tenancy agreements, processing tickets with various tenant concerns and other commercial tasks
  • Telephone contact with apartment applicants, tenants and tradespeople

Second year of training

  • Taking on more demanding tasks, e.g. organising and assisting with flat viewings
  • Getting to know at least one other exciting business area at Wincasa for 3 to 12 months (e.g. property accounting, centre management)

Third year of training

  • Taking on initial tasks of a property management clerk, e.g. reminders and debt collection, and assisting with all aspects of marketing and letting properties
  • Revision and consolidation of activities from previous semesters
How your apprenticeship works

First year of training

  • Introduction and support from your vocational trainer
  • Getting to know the systems and the basics of communication, handling tenant concerns and other commercial tasks
  • Modular training based on the tenant lifecycle
  • Telephone and written contact with interested parties, apartment applicants, tenants and tradespeople

Second year of training

  • Taking on more demanding tasks, e.g. organising and assisting with events, collaborating on various projects, training new employees, etc.
  • Getting to know another exciting business area at Wincasa for four months (e.g. property management, centre management)

Third year of training

  • Collaboration in process adjustments and various projects
  • Repetition and consolidation of activities from previous semesters
  • Preparation and intensive training for the qualification process
