Escherpark: 127 modern city apartments

The sustainable Escherpark residential development is located in Zurich's attractive Enge district, not far from the inspiring Rieterpark. It consists of eleven building complexes and comprises 127 modern city apartments surrounded by greenery.

The development was built in two stages. 44 rental apartments were occupied in February 2014. The first letting of the second stage with 83 rental apartments took place on August 1 and October 1, 2015.

With a marketing period of around 10 months, the project was successfully let on the respective occupancy dates and has been managed by Wincasa since the first occupancy.
