YOND - one dimension more

Companies today need more space: work processes, the number of employees and space requirements change - usually at very short notice. Constantly relocating is not a sustainable option. Flexible workspace design at a good price-performance ratio is. That is the idea behind YOND: to offer each tenant exactly the amount of space they need.

Individual workspace design
YOND is reduced to the bare essentials and reinterprets the atmosphere of raw, simple industrial spaces in a contemporary way. This creates an inspiring working environment that can be individually designed. The five-and-a-half meter high rooms can be arranged horizontally and vertically according to a predefined system and the inclusion of intermediate floors allows the rental space to be increased by up to 80%.
Tenants also have access to an environment and services that promote communication and cooperation. Spacious meeting zones invite interaction. The site and tenants should develop into a community.

Sophisticated site development
Under the leadership of Swiss Prime Site, a large number of specialists such as sociologists, occupational psychologists, architects, structural engineers, material scientists, data specialists and environmental designers are developing YOND according to the lean management methodology. The common goal: to create a place where entrepreneurs can realize their potential.

The role of Wincasa
The experts from Wincasa Mixed-Use Site Management from all specialist areas have been actively involved in the development of the project since the beginning of 2017 and support the team in various areas such as community building, offer/service development, signage, contracts, tenant fit-outs and managing the communication and marketing agencies. Collaboration with the experts from the companies involved takes place using the lean construction system, right next to the construction site in Albisrieden.
