The Construction Management and Center Management service units were responsible for the revitalization of the St. Jakob Park shopping center, where the various departments - from the St. Jakob Park center management to the commercial and technical departments to marketing - worked closely together. Initially, the focus was on the specific characteristics of the center. All work on site was carried out exclusively at night while the center was closed. Visitors were therefore able to shop and linger in their St. Jakob Park as usual during the renovation phase.
