Sale of two apartment buildings

Built in 1984, the two apartment buildings comprise a total of 30 apartments and commercial space on the first floor. The buildings are located in the village center of Birsfelden and are very well developed.

Wincasa used a two-stage bidding process for the sale.  Thanks to an efficiently structured process and transparent reporting, the sale was successfully concluded.
