Sale of properties in the Zug and Zurich area

The Cantata portfolio consists of several commercially used properties in the Zurich and Zug area. A logistics property with around 19,000m2 of usable space is located near the A1 highway and consists of a logistics and an office wing. The portfolio also includes an office and commercial property with around 13,000m2 of usable space.

The two commercial properties were successfully sold to an international family office thanks to a structured sales process.
