Riantbosson Center - Sustainable added value through integral services

Wincasa Construction & Facility Management supports you with integrated services - from strategic operational planning and project management to the realization and commissioning of your property.

Added value through integral services

The Riantbosson Centre new-build project is an example of how our unique integrated services can offer owners and developers real added value.

In a construction period of just 20 months, SPS Immobilien AG realized this pioneering retail and commercial center in collaboration with Wincasa. With appealing architecture, modular office space and an attractive tenant mix, Riantbosson Centre has quickly become a focal point in the up-and-coming Meyrin district of Geneva.

By integrating the various competencies of Wincasa Construction & Facility Management, the owner was not only able to rely on the building being optimized in terms of economic and ecological aspects, but also on it meeting the requirements for management during the operational phase. With direct interfaces from the concept phase through to implementation, Wincasa ensured a smooth construction process. On this basis, it was also possible to ensure the high quality of services in operation and during the various life cycle phases. This continuity of services is essential, especially for tenants in the retail sector.

Sustainability in the company

Our experts from the Project Management and Sustainability department provided the owner with intensive advice during the construction phase. They drew up an operating concept that forms the basis for all services required to operate and maintain the value of the property. The operating processes were coordinated with the future users, owners and the center management. The latter will be responsible for the property during the operating phase. Thanks to the mandate to Wincasa, the users and the owner can fully exploit the potential of the construction project.

Interdisciplinary project management

The Construction department represented the client and monitored the construction process with regard to compliance with costs, deadlines and quality. The client representative also ensured interdepartmental liaison with marketing, the marketing and signage departments and the tenants.
