During the construction phase of the impressive Prime Tower in Zurich, currently the tallest office building in operation in Switzerland, our experts in the fields of strategic facility management and property management were able to distinguish themselves. In addition to implementation management, they were also involved in a wide range of tasks relating to the coordination of tenant fit-outs, warranty and defect management and the actual commissioning.
