Wincasa was exclusively commissioned with the sale of seven properties with different uses. The properties were sold at a price of over CHF 400 million. The properties are spread across six Swiss cantons.

The sale was successfully completed within 9 months by means of a multi-stage bidding process. The entire package was sold to the Swiss Prime Site Investment Foundation.
