Marketing of office space

After a single tenant moved out, an existing property with approx. 1,000 m2 was available for rent in the center of Zurich. Wincasa's Letting Advisory Team acted as consultants and marketing agents for the letting of office space.

Following extensive refurbishment, the property was fully let floor by floor within a very short space of time. Six national and international companies are now active as new tenants in the property.
