The Brüelpark residential development is located in the up-and-coming municipality of Spreitenbach, not far from Shoppi Tivoli and the Ikea furniture store. It comprises 69 modern rental apartments nestled in a quiet residential area. Wincasa's Letting Advisory Team was commissioned by the Profond pension fund to handle the initial letting.

After a 12-month marketing phase, the development was fully let in time for occupancy on March 1, 2016. The 69 rental apartments were let exclusively off plan.
