In the project supervised by Wincasa Research & Strategy, the specialists prepared a comprehensive benchmarking for the client: comparison of key property values vs. key real estate market figures and key Wincasa portfolio figures.

Wincasa provided the following services as part of the project:

• Implementation: Importing the locations and benchmarks into the Wincasa GIS analysis system

• Examination, plausibility check and completion of the data basis

• Filtering, matching and cleaning

• Location-relevant information: Location rating, DIY market and inventory market information, etc.

• Development of prototype; further development of “Cockpit” in dialog with Swisscom
