A breath of fresh air in Grütpark

The demands on a shopping center are high and constantly increasing. At the end of 2014, a major tenant moved out of the Shopping center Grütpark in Regensdorf. Wincasa's center management took up the challenge of successfully repositioning the Grütpark for the future.

New tenants and a refreshed center
After an intensive and challenging phase of contract negotiations and preparatory work, the center was refurbished visually, technically and in terms of fire safety during regular operations for just under a year.
Two new tenants have now moved in, including the 106th Lidl Switzerland store. The arrival of Lidl has changed the overall tenant image. All tenants now have a new store layout in a different space. Customer frequency in the center has increased. The new offering and, above all, the improved shopping experience are perceived positively.

Integral cooperation at Wincasa
The entire revitalization of the Grütpark was carried out in close cooperation between Wincasa Center Management and Bauherrentreuhand. The specialists in each area acted in an integrated and customized manner for the owner CSA Real Estate Switzerland, an investment group of the Credit Suisse Investment Foundation.

Grand reopening with stars and attractions
The “reopening” of Grütpark was celebrated at the beginning of April. The successful reopening was a topic in both the regional and national media (articles in 20 Minuten and Schweizer Illustrierte).
