Dynamism, creativity, and pure energy

Wincasa is currently training 34 apprentices in two exciting professions: customer service specialist and real estate and trust clerk. The apprentices are based at various locations throughout Switzerland. Once a year, they all come together for Apprentice Day – a great opportunity to get to know each other personally, exchange experiences, and strengthen team spirit.

This time, the day started creatively with a graffiti workshop where the apprentices were free to express their ideas. Colors, shapes, and teamwork made the morning a real highlight. And then it was time for some sport: in the afternoon, a visit to the Unik Playground was on the agenda – exercise, fun, and action.
