Change of management at Wincasa: continuity thanks to internal succession
After twelve successful years as CEO of Wincasa, Oliver Hofmann has decided to take on a new challenge outside the company as of August 2025. His successor has already been appointed: Philipp Schoch, a long-standing member of the Wincasa Executive Board, will take over as CEO in July 2025.
Over the past twelve years, Oliver Hofmann has significantly developed Wincasa. Assets under management have doubled, and the targeted transformation and digitalisation have created a world of work and services that is leading the way in the industry. He has also overseen the successful integration of Wincasa into the Implenia Group.
"Following the successful implementation of the 2025 strategy period, now is a good time for a change. Wincasa is in a stable position, economically successful and well established in the market with long-standing institutional customers," says Oliver Hofmann. "I look back on this time with gratitude and look forward to a new challenge."
Anita Eckardt, Chairwoman of the Board of Directors of Wincasa and Head Division Service Solutions at Implenia, emphasises: "Under Oliver Hofmann's leadership, Wincasa has developed into the leading Swiss real estate service provider. We would like to thank him for his great commitment and visionary work."
The appointment of Philipp Schoch emphasises Wincasa's long-term talent management. Anita Eckardt comments: "We are particularly pleased that with Philipp Schoch we have been able to fill the CEO position with an experienced manager from our own ranks. This symbolises continuity, a deep understanding of the market and our commitment to the targeted development of our employees."
The designated CEO is looking forward to his new role: "Wincasa has established itself as a leading property service provider. I am looking forward to developing the company further, actively shaping its future and creating added value for our customers together with the team." Philipp Schoch has worked for Wincasa for more than 15 years and has been a member of the management team for ten years. He knows the company very well from his various previous roles, particularly as Head of Property Management.
Oliver Hofmann will remain CEO until the end of June 2025 and support the handover to Philipp Schoch. Thanks to the early succession plan and the close collaboration with Anita Eckardt and the entire management team, Wincasa is guaranteed a stable and successful start to the next phase.
