Wincasa is being sold to Implenia 

Swiss Prime Site sells Wincasa to Implenia. Employees and managers will be transferred.    

Swiss Prime Site has decided to sell Wincasa to Implenia. The purchase agreement was signed yesterday, Wednesday, 29 March 2023. Wincasa will be managed as an independent business unit within the Buildings Division; the Wincasa brand will be retained. Our business operations will continue as before. The plan is to integrate all Wincasa’s managers and employees, with their wide-ranging expertise, into the Implenia Group during the second quarter as part of the change of ownership. 

Implenia is a leading, integrated, multinational provider of construction and property services. It develops and builds homes, workplaces and infrastructure for future generations. The Group operates in Switzerland and Germany, where its four divisions manage its extensive service portfolio. The company also implements tunnelling and related infrastructure projects in other markets.

It will provide optimum, sustainable support our planned strategic and operational development.
